Braw hotel, friendly staff and a proper comfortable room! The breakfast had plenty of choice, but I wish they had some hot options. Pure brilliant location near the train station, made exploring a doddle. Would return for sure!

Modern and stylish hotel with five star staff at reception desk, everything was modern. Beautifully maintained and contemporary room with WiFi was all we needed. We really enjoyed this place.
Views were awful.

Breakfast is very good but it could have more variety of fruits. The location is perfect for those who arrive in Malaga by train.
When we arrived, they confused the rooms and I was careful to call a few days before our arrival to confirm our reservation and a specific request for a crib for a certain person in the group. In the system there was a name change for a person who was not in the group. They gave the room of the cradle to another person of the group and who needed it, how he stayed for last in the check-in, had the room with a name that did not correspond to anyone of the group and they told him that he did not have room. In the end it was resolved but it was not at all pleasant this situation. They are changing the system but they should have more professionalism and attention, knowing that this change causes changes in the reservations.

hotel is located about 100m from the train station (AVE, MD and Cercanias) and about 200m from the bus station, a little far from the center. It is an elongated building with a modern appearance and 5 floors, connecting two parallel streets and has a kind of street parallel to the main facade, where the access is. By the way, you should put a sign on both streets, as the name of the hotel is on the roof and it is not very big. Besides, they should improve the access street, is full of obstacles and not very smooth. reception staff is friendly and efficient. corridors are well lit and doors of the rooms are well identified. double room they gave me (425) was spacious, over 25 m2.. There was only one bed of 2x2, was very comfortable, it had 4 pillows, comfortable. lighting was a bit poor, because it had two wall lights on both sides of the bed, gave little light. There was also a standing light and another one on the table. They should improve the lighting, it is not normal that there is a good level in the bathroom and entrance corridor and very low in the room.. room could be left in the dark despite having a large window.. furniture was functional, somewhat minimalist, in perfect condition.. TV was over 40" and you could watch part of the DTT channels in the area, about twenty satellites in several languages. bathroom was also spacious, well ordered and illuminated. It had a good and wide glass shower with non-slip floor and double artichoke, big washbasin, bidet and toilet.. taps worked well and towels were good. By the way, there were several free sockets, in the room and in the bathroom. There were also several USB for charging mobile devices.. wifi was free, it worked well and you could connect several devices. breakfast buffet was what you would expect from a hotel of this category, without being excellent.
The room was getting noisy from the corridor, but since the hotel is quiet, it was not disturbing. In addition, there was sometimes a very low and unpleasant buzzing sound that I did not know where it came from. Predictably, it was generated by a motor or compressor with bad or old parts. There are only 2 lifts, which do not seem coordinated, and which may be insufficient, as the hotel has quite a few rooms. At breakfast there was a strange organization, in my opinion. For example, who has thought of putting the cereals and supplements in closed jars, without even leaving a space to put the bowl while you fill it? The same with the juices..

A fair review, pros and cons
My room had a spacious design with a lovely terrace offering serene views,, while the breakfast featured an excellent variety of quality dishes, including good local options.
Noise from traffic and other guests disrupted my peace,.

Comfortable bed, spacious room. Everything as good as new and clean.
air conditioning. I didn't sleep at all because my room was 28°C and air conditioning can only be turned on during the months when the hotel considers it to be hot, so even if you turn on the air conditioning, only hot air comes out, making the situation worse. Moreover, hotel has a clarification on this that I mention right on the screen of the air conditioning, warning that there will only be heating in winter and air conditioning (cold) in summer. In the meantime the guests of a 4* hotel without being able to choose what temperature they need, regrettable, I do not think that this does much good to people with heart disease. Neither do the mystery guests. Say hello and fix it right away.

Location! Across from the main bus and train stations. This makes day tripping to other sites (Granada, Cordoba, Nerja, Marbella, etc.) extremely convenient.
Booked 2 rooms, the air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms and although we complained to the staff - no action was taken. The intentet stopped working midway during our stay and this casued a major inconvenience.

Staff were very good - we arrived very early for check in and they worked hard to get us our rooms as quickly as possible. The location is excelled for the airport - walk across the road and a 15 minute train journey brings you to the airport for €1.50. There are shops and supermarkets nearby but it's a good 20 minute walk to both the beach and city centre where you need to get to for a nice restaurant if you're not eating in the hotel.

Having a two room suite with a kitchen gave us a chance to cook local food and relax in the room in the middle of a two week trip.
We had to clean the kitchen and dishes in order to avoid an extra charge. While everything in the room and in the hotel's common areas was new and modern, we had a hard time using many of the devices. This is partly due to not being familiar with European devices.

Spent 2 nights in Eurostars Malaga and was impressed with the spacious double room that boasted a balcony. The balcony offered a splendid view. The cleanliness of the room was notable. Breakfast was good with a variety of options available, catering to different tastes.
The nearby restaurants only opened at 8 pm, which limited our dining options early in the evening.

Bathroom was glorious. Staff were excellent. Beds very comfortable. Grocery store immediately outside hotel.
No pool, but we knew this going in. Location is great for proximity to train station but not much else. Breakfast seems overpriced, but then again, we neglected to have it and opted for cafes across the road.
